How can I choose the ideal shampoo for my hair type?
In each product description, we provide detailed information about the hair type and specific needs that each product meets. If you have any questions, our customer service team is available to help via email.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery time depends on your location. For mainland Portugal, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days . For the Azores and Madeira, the delivery time can be 7 to 15 business days . You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
What payment options are available?

Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
Yes, you can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase confirmation, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over €35 for deliveries within mainland Portugal. For regions outside mainland Portugal, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, as long as the product is in its original packaging and shows no signs of use. If you wish to return a product, please contact us for guidance on the process.

Do you ship outside of Portugal?
We currently only ship to mainland Portugal, the Azores, Madeira and Spain. However, we are working to expand our delivery services to other countries.
